Allenmore Public Golf Course is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Tacoma, Washington.
Allenmore Public Golf Course first opened for play in 1931.
This average length course is best known for having water hazards (ponds and a meandering creek) coming into play on a large number of its holes. In addition, there are several strategically-placed sand bunkers guarding both the fairways and greens.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,026 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,853 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 11, a par-5 that plays to 503 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 12, a par-3 that plays to 130 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 5, a 446 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 12, a 130 yard par-3.

The clubhouse and pro shop were being renovated thus no 19th hole. This was disappointing since I was not advised a week earlier when I made the tee time. I traveled from California and expected to make a day of it.
